Music and storytelling is her life-blood. The idea of playing songs and telling stories to connect to other humans keeps her up at night.. 'Tis a quest worthy of a life, she thinks! 2019 brought her debut album "Nervous Kid" an album that playfully flirts with the anxieties of being a human in a shared world and growing into who you hope to become. But run into her at the Kroger on a Sunday Morning and ask her what is on the horizon and she will gleefully tell you about her upcoming 2023 release- "Here and Here Before" Paige Berry is a force of nature. As the frontman of the Austin-based band, HalfDream, Paige’s songwriting explores identity, overcoming trauma, & moving past fear. Floating melodies find punch in driving hooks that highlight vocal subtleties, landing somewhere between dream and tenuous reality. These songs were born from a love of storytelling, radical empathy, and unfiltered expression from artists like Joni Mitchell, Simon and Garfunkel, and Helen Reddy. Grady Milligan is a treasure. If you know them, you love them and if you've seen them perform you know that Grady is so special. Using storytelling and their incredible voice, their music draws the listener in to hang on their every word. The listener feels cared for and less alone while hearing Grady's honesty and raw lyrics.
