Hello!We are looking forward to hosting you at our 2023 Jr. Dance Clinic on Sunday, January 15th! Below is some important information regarding the event. LOCATION: Coffee County Central High School, Manchester, TNTIME: Registration begins at 12:30pm. We ask that everyone arrive by 1:00pm. Parents can arrive at 4:30pm for dance review, a picture opportunity for your child with the CCHS Dance Team, and for a small meeting regarding the Tuesday, January 17th halftime performance. REGISTRATION: All parents must bring their child inside to register/check-in. We will have a "pre-registered" table and it will be based on the first initial of your LAST name. We will also have a "day of registration" table for those that want to sign up to participate at the event. A waiver will need to be signed for every participant. T-shirts will be given out at the "pre-registered" table as well. Thank you Manchester Nutrition for sponsoring our t-shirts, drinks, and snacks for the clinic!! PERFORMANCE INFO: All dance participants will be asked to arrive at the Coffee County High School gym on Tuesday, January 17th by 5:30pm. All participants must wear their clinic t-shirts, hair up in a ponytail, and tennis shoes/dance shoes. We will have CCHS Dance Team members at the ticket/entry door to give participants stickers for free entry. They will then escort them to the meeting location to review the performance before halftime. All parents/family members/friends of the dance participants are asked to pay for entry.
