Current date tied with this event is this Thursday, December 15th at 6:30pm. Be sure to sign up for TWO spots; reservation required. Thursdays at 6:30pm. Appropriate for all levels, this class is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on the mind, body, and breath connections. Students will experience luxurious stretches, calming stillness, and deep breathing. A guided meditation ends our time together, leaving us all ready for a wonderful night's sleep.
