Key to the City for Bianca Palomera

Mayor Thorpe will be awarding a "Key to the City of Antioch" to Bianca Palomera, a 19 year old fast food worker who lost her right eye after being punched in the face for protecting a special need boy. Mayor Thrope will be joined by members of the Antioch City Council, city executives, Habit staff, represenatives from "We Get It Foundation", and Antioch Police Department Investigations Unit. Please attend and show support for a local hero!
