Course Description: This course introduces Agents, Brokers, REALTORS® and non- REALTORS® to the 2023 GAR Contract Forms including the Purchase & Sale Agreement, Brokerage Engagements, commonly used Exhibits and Amendments. This class consists of the following: (1) a review of the 2023 changes to the existing GAR contract forms (2) a review of the 2023 contract forms additions (3) a review of the changes in the GAR forms from April 2022 (4) a discussion of the various forms available for agents to use in various contractual situations (5) a discussion of the general rules / guidelines / practices / requirements for proper completion of contracts and Agreements on behalf of Buyers and Sellers.
