ISI North Scottsdale is hosting its next free outdoor workout on Sunday, December 11th at 9:30am. We will be in our parking lot sweating it out(side) together for 50 minutes. Join us after the workout as we head over to State 48 for a little Sunday FUNday. Bring a friend and come wearing your favorite sports team! The first drink will be on us!
