Learn the knots and techniques of macrame with local artist Raven Allen. Enjoy a relaxing evening filled with hands on instruction, demonstration and good company. This event includes all materials needed and a detailed knot guide as well as the knowledge to continue practicing and creating beautiful pieces on your own. Each guest will leave with a finished piece. Wine and shared appetizers also included for all participants. Raven is a wife and mama living in the beautiful mountains of northern Arizona. She started creating fiber art when her daughter was born 6 years ago, and feel in love with the craft. Using 100% natural organic cotton, metal, wood materials, elk sheds, and drift wood collected on different trails she has hike around the West, Raven’s work has a very unique feel that honors the natural world.
