The Winter Solstice marks the return to light after the longest night and shortest day of the year. It is a
time for reflection, affirmation and hope for a bright and warm future.
We will start with a grounded slow flow yoga practice to allow us to arrive in the body and prepare for
the journey inwards.
There will be a guided meditation and journaling to allow space for reflection and introspection followed
by a ceremonial burning bowl in which we will release our past to create space for new beginnings.
We will then move into a warm nurturing yin yoga practice and conclude this evening with a long
Savasana, allowing our intentions to settle and take root.
