Are you too busy to cook for yourself or for your family? Or hoping to expand your kids' dietary choices but not sure how? I am a skilled personal chef looking to prepare meals for individuals/families in the area according to your preferences and dietary needs. In the past I've served in this role for local north Baltimore families as an add-on to child caretaking responsibilities, and really enjoyed menu planning and preparing nutritious meals for my clients.
I am a detail oriented person, who appreciates testing out various cuisines and recipes. During the week, I am a coordinator at an environmental non-profit in Annapolis that WFH. I am an omnivore but was a vegetarian for 4+ years and familiar with cooking large, non-meat lunch and dinner options. Ideally, I would prepare these meals in my home, and deliver them to you 1-2 times per week. This includes grocery shopping - my local grocery stores are Eddie's (Roland Ave) and Mom's (Hampden), but willing to shop elsewhere if that is your preference. Some bulk options I've cooked for previous clients are the following:
- Ginger soy chicken and broccoli + bone broth rice
- Coconut chicken tikka masala
- Vegan butternut squash mac and cheese
- Tomato and cheddar savory tart
- Chicken gyros with feta tzatziki and homemade pita
- White chicken chili with homemade tortilla strips
- Egg and quinoa breakfast bowls
