High rise technicians work on commercial buildings that are 3 floors and above via Rope and Bosun Chair or Swing Stage (suspended scaffold) SPRAT or IRATA methods are acceptable as well. Duties and Responsibilities: Tie and secure ropes to rooftop anchors meeting all rope access requirements. Descend using ropes, harness and other rope access equipment Exterior window cleaning using brush/mop and squeegee Interior window cleaning Power washing Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines, SPRAT/IRATA if applicable. Work in teams with other technicians Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of work Job Requirements: Rope Access certification – including IWCA, SPRAT/IRATA Window Cleaning Experience, 2 + Years a plus Lift Operator certification/experience preferred Swing stage experience preferred Have the ability to lift minimum of 75 lbs on a regular basis General Competencies: No fear of heights Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0-100 degrees Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders Self-Motivated, Coachable Benefits: Client offers benefits to our employees DISCLAIMER Statements included in this job posting do not necessarily represent an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
