Inviting all: simple questions, moving to NW Logan County

Hi everyone, I'm building in the river valley beginning in 2023 and moving in summer 2024. I want to bring economic success and grow the quality of life in my neighborhood. I am wondering where I might find a good barber, a good and fancy restaurant suggestion, and what hobby groups exist in the area (like CB users or geocachers, hiking, mudding and rallying, etc). Are there flea markets and barter markets in this region? Besides Sunday, how do I find groups of honest outdoors folks straight and narrow path? And, are there farmsteads in the area that sell produce? I'm not in Arkansas so all of your replies are anonymous enough to me... I'm just looking to see how I can make the right friends and brighten everyone's next days. For business suggestions I'd drive anywhere from the border at Fort Smith to Clarksville or Dardanelle on a map but Paris is the closest town.
