We are hiring front desk receptionist for our company. We are located in Rosedale. We are going to open another showroom in Joppa in couple months. Job location might be condisedered based on your needs.
Qualifications
*Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
*Solid organization and record-keeping skills
*An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
*Front desk: 1 year (Required)
Responsibilities
• Receptionist responsibilities include greeting customers upon their arrival, answering clients’ questions about services via phone or in person.
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services
• Inform clients about new services and discounts
• Update client records with contact and billing details
• Maintain a tidy reception area
