Looking for a couple of experienced crew leaders for our Louisville, KY location! As a Crew Leader with our company, your responsibilities will include: ~ Assigning jobs to crew members ~ Being on the job site to supervise ~ Drive a truck with a 16’ trailer (including backing up the trailer) when needed ~ Help with directing the tree climbers and ground workers to ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction ~ Crew leaders also help with the clean up on the job and assist the climbers with roping needs etc. ~ Ensure that all equipment is maintained (ex- greasing chipper, trailer, skidsteer, etc once a week) and supplies are on hand (files, fuel, bar oil, sharpening saws, inspect trucks, other equipment, etc) ~ Collect final payments from customers ~ Complete jobs in the electronic database ~Full Time (Mon-Fri, Sat as Needed) ~Year Round Work ~W2 ~Top Pay! ~$58,500 - $70,000 / yr depending on experience ~Opportunity for Advancement! **Minimum of 1 year crew lead/supervisor experience required** **Must be able to drive and backup a truck with a 16ft trailer** **Vehicle reimbursement program of up to $400/month applies if you currently own your own 3/4 ton truck or are willing to purchase one** Must be reliable and dependable Job Type: Full-time To apply please reply with your NAME, NUMBER, and EMAIL and a brief DESCRIPTION of your experience.
