Hello, I am looking to develop a relationship with a competent, well-versed, drug free handyman for various properties in the Luzerne County area. Long story short, I need some assistance on various projects at my mothers house in Nanticoke. The priority of which is to re frame a few windows and door in a mudroom, and water proof as well. Some painting, and other various projects. I also own a few rental properties and would like to acquire others in the future, but I really need to find a reliable handyman I can rely on for make readies and deal with other issues that come up. I had a relationship with another handyman for many years, but he has since moved on. I will be in the area on Monday and Tuesday of next week and would prefer to meet you face to face at my mothers house to go over her projects and discuss my rental situation. Please text only.
