We have two available positions for maintenance technicians. One is in Louisville in the Fern Creek area and the other is in New Albany, IN We offer: Annual Holiday Schedules ranging from 13-23 paid days off per year! Maintenance on Single Story Construction - No 2nd or 3rd stories! No Pools! No Central HVAC Systems! Small community Vacation time up to 15 paid days per year! Sick time up to 6 days earned each year! Industry competitive benefit packages available! Pay range $40,000 to $42,000 yearly depending on experience and property size Safety Pays program which offers fabulous prizes for maintaining workplace safety! Escalating Apartment discount program (after probation period)! Ideal candidates will possess the following: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge This position does not require HVAC Certifications! Basic hand tools Excellent customer service and positive attitude 1+ Years of apartment industry maintenance or construction experience Proven track record of working with large teams effectively and efficiently These are rotating on call positions All offers will be pending reference, drug, and criminal background screening.
