Description

Maintenance Supervisors oversee the maintenance team and provide maintenance for the property including the upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds. Responsibilities: -Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance -Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment -Maintain MSDS sheets as well as replacement logs -Schedule and assist in the supervision and selection of all vendor work -Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment -Ensure OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times -Be available to work on an on-call basis Requirements: -Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and water heaters -Self-motivated with attention to detail -Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools -Property maintenance/handyman experience -Supervisory experience preferred Additional Information: -Compensation: $33-$36/HR -Paid Training -Medical Insurance -PTO/Holiday Pay -Health and Wellness Plans -401K -Bonus and Commission Opportunities -Employee Rent Discount Program This is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applications will be considered.
