I have a Female Shih Tzu born September 11, 2022. She’s very playful doesn’t have any issues She was purchased December 8 as a gift for my wife. Button line we can’t afford her and do not have the time for her, the shelter will not take her back because it’s been more than 24hrs. We are only asking for $1800 rehoming fee.
