Who does the DNC work for?

Last I heard, the Clintons own the DNC. Donna Brazil described in her book about how the Clintons bought the DNC organization, to save it from bankruptcy. In 2015 / 2016, during the final months of Obama's last term, the DNC was going broke, and ready to file for bankruptcy. Bill and Hillary Clinton stepped in with a bunch of money and saved the DNC. (It may be some of the $145 Million Russia gave to the Clintons for the nuclear deal, not sure about that) In the DNC buy-out contract, the Clintons took over control of the DNC, including daily operations, payroll, etc.,,, They basically purchased it. I'm just wondering if the Clintons gave up control over the DNC, or do they still own it ?? Anybody? Bonus: If the Clintons still own the DNC, and the DNC owns the FBI and DOJ, then we can see how easy it was to pull off the 'Russia collusion' scam.
