As a temporary and part time English Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for contributing to and delivering on Chai Urgent Marketing care’s strategy in community-based engagement. You will be responsible for effectively promoting our Chai Urgent Care brand in the community. Responsibilities In the Engagement Specialist role, you will provide a very specific role in the effort to boost our community presence as well as our Chai Urgent Care brand. Duties and responsibilities may include: • Marketing support to enhance brand awareness near or in front of assigned clinics, neighborhood schools, pharmacies, supermarkets and event locations • Handout event flyers, brochures, and nominal promotional items • Work extended hours, Sundays when needed at both indoor/outdoor locations • Work with clinic staff and marketing department as needed • Team player oriented • Works in compliance with federal, state and local regulations that apply to the health plan market and along side Medicare health plan marketing reps • Establish and maintain positive relationships with the community Required Qualifications • Must be at least 21 years old • Must have at least one (1) year of experience in face-to-face engagement or promotional role • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time • Must have a clean, neat appearance and speak well in both languages describing our services • Must be able to occasionally lift between 30-50 lbs. of marketing/promotional equipment Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department • Must be available to travel to work area and start work at 7:30am in front schools near our clinic • Must have a car with insurance and valid driver's license • Must reside in within an hour travel to Warminster, PA Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency Preferred in all Microsoft Office Product, internet surfing, social media, writing and sending email. Scheduled Weekly Hours 15-25 New York City Pay Range The compensation represents an estimate of starting pay at the time of posting and may vary based on geographic location and/or employment type. Individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills such as education, experience, certifications, etc. $20 Pay Type Hourly Incentive This is a temp job that may become permanent and full time.
