move my light switch

Description

I bought a house and found out it has two light switches that are about 6ft apart. One of them power two track lights the other one powers a light we don't need. I want to get rid of that light/outlet and use that switch to control the track lights. both lights are in a sunroom that was enclosed while the switch I want to use is on the adjoining wall in the kitchen next to the sunroom.
