Flexible, Part Time. 9:30am-2pm Mon - Fri OR 2 to 2.5 days per week 8:30am-5pm Company truck provided, valid drivers license required. Clean criminal background required. Work could include but is not limited to: cleaning, painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, door and hinge repair, light and fan installations, ceiling tile replacements, some sidewalk salting, sink faucet installations, LVT flooring install, loading and unloading materials. Reports to facility manager or superintendent. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds Good hand-eye coordination Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus Communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety rules Polite, inclusive behaviors towards tenants is a must
