NO PETS! I am offering four days a week from the hours of 2 PM EST to 10 PM EST or 4 PM EST to 11 PM EST to occupy properties. I’m fine with light cleaning, adjusting thermostats/house maintenance tasks/snow removal/etc. I also offer to occupy office/commercial properties. I bring secure weapons, but am more likely to flee and call authorities if any disturbances arise. I am reliable and supportive of owners. Information is kept confidential.
