Maintenance Supervisor Needed for Apartment Community in Freehold, NJ The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the apartment community, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventative maintenance, and some leasing duties, such as showing apartments and taking applications for the 55 unit apartment community. Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of supplies for repairs. Must be able to perform all facets of apartment turns. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, electronic systems, and all major appliances. Previous apartment complex superintendant experience, as well as experience with HVAC, is A PLUS! FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB INCLUDE: 1. Under direction of the Property Manager, supervises and schedules maintenance activities for apartment community. 2. Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and service request/work orders for occupied apartments. 3. Coordinate, schedule and prepare vacant apartments for move-in. Compensation commensurate with experience. Apartment rent & utilities included, as this person MUST be able to live on site & willing to be on-call.
