Bearded Dragon & Enclosure

Description

Good Evening! We are looking for a beardie experienced home for our bearded dragon, Phyllis. She is around 5-6 years old, healthy and sweet. Unfortunately we moved into a small apartment and we are not allowed to keep her here. She has not had any health issues in the past. She laid an infertile egg a few years ago, but it was only once. It is almost winter so she will likely brumate again soon, she usually does when it starts getting cold out. She is friendly, lets you hold her. She doesn't really like going outside of her enclosure outside of being held. She prefers to watch you from her branches and judge everything you do with some serious side-eye. She likes being in a main room where she can watch the goings-on of the family. We used to have her right in the living room with us and she seemed to enjoy that. She really likes any kind of bugs to eat, super worms, crickets, dubia roaches, hornworms, etc. She even ate a pinky mouse once. She can be a little picky with her greens like most beardies, but she loves collard greens! We tear them up into thumb-pad sized pieces for her so it's easier to eat and she typically eats them every day. She comes with her enclosure, which is pretty big at 54inwide x 19indeep x 22intall. We bought it for a few hundred dollars a few years back and it has done well, though it does have a few imperfections which are pictured above. She would love an upgrade eventually, but I do not suggest a downgrade as she is long and can't maneuver well in anything smaller. She'll come with all of her things, her logs, branches, hidey cave, food dishes, any remaining worms, calcium powder, and a CHE bulb that we use at night for her if it is cold in the room. Lights and fixtures are included in the top of the enclosure. We use kitchen cabinet liners as flooring for her so if we have any extra we will send that too. She is for pickup ONLY in Millis MA, and we live on a 3rd floor up a lot of stairs so you'll need to bring another person with you to help get the enclosure down. Her rehoming fee is $200 OBO. Please send an email if you'd like to adopt her, and let us know what knowledge and experience you have with beardies. Thank you so much! ♥
