To whomever had to abandon their female pit today, just know that she’s okay. My husband and I found her in the front of our neighborhood, with a bag of food and collar, scared and alone. She was clearly loved and relatively well cared for before today. We don’t judge you, but we’ll never fully understand why you did what you did. Just know she’s okay and will be safe and loved. Writing this because I truly believe in my heart that whoever you are this wasn’t your first choice, but you made a good call in leaving her where you did.
