Facility Manager: Looking for an individual who is trustworthy and dependable. Must live on site ALL SKILL TEST COMPLETION REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED • Basic facility maintenance • Assist in keeping a neat, clean business environment • Basic groundskeeping/landscaping • Perform walk-through audit • Apply/remove over-locks • Cut locks as needed • Send report/pictures to management • Maintain constant and clear communication with management • Available to be on call to assist in emergency situations • Fantastic, easy job for the pay • Must be reliable, open and easy to communicate • MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND • Reliable transportation REQUIRED • TRUCK PREFERRED Pay: Apartment on property. You can work another day job. • Flexible schedule • Monday to Friday • Weekend availability COVID-19 considerations:
Our facility is 100% automated. Our Maintenance Manager will not have to regularly interact with Customers. Only with special circumstances will the Manager need to meet a Customer on-site. Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: General Cleaning: 2 years Self Management: 2 years General Maintenance: 2 years License/Certification:•Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Fort Worth or DeSoto
