Do you have black walnut trees and don't do anything with the nuts all over the yard? I'll come get as many as I can haul. When boiled they release tannins that can coat and stain metals to protect against rust. Also covers the scent of humans to wildlife. Let me know I'll come clean up a bunch if you have them in your back or front yard, save your mower from all of those nasty things next spring!
