Looking to expand list of Licensed Sub-Contractors for house flipping business. Currently flipping 20-40 projects a year with additional renovation work for rental units available as well. Looking for professional contractors/plumbers/electricians etc. MUST BE LICENSED AND INSURED in either Rhode Island or Mass. Most projects are in Rhode Island with some being in Mass. Looking for fair pricing, we can provide plenty of volume to keep busy.
