Responsibilities and Qualifications: The apartment maintenance staff is responsible for completing all service requests at the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager. Primary Responsibilities: Walk the grounds and common interior areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces. Empties all trash receptacles Vacuum, dust, buff, and wash hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common interior areas Duties may include the use of a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting maintenance team members as needed Call 610-664-6648 to speak with a recruiter or apply online now!
