We desire to improve the quality of our customers' lives by transforming their homes and providing quality work. We are looking for a full-time, reliable Carpenter to join us in occasional new construction, interior/exterior remodeling, roofing & siding, framing, kitchen, and bathroom. If you have experience as a roofer, builder, or handyperson, consider joining our reputable, faith-based company. Our Ideal Carpenter: • Experience: A construction and/or carpentry background is preferred but not required. Previous experience in roofing, siding, remodeling, framing, decking, handyman, etc., is helpful. Must be comfortable driving a pickup truck and trailer. • Willing: Looking for someone eager to learn and serve the customer and the team. • Dependable: On time for work. We leave at 6/6:15 AM to arrive at the job site at the promised time—someone who is safety-focused and will safely transport the crew & equipment. • Takes Initiative: To complete our projects & return home on time, make consistent daily progress & contribute to the team. • Team Player: Interacts well with teammates & customers, cares about the quality of work and demonstrates humility & a willingness to learn. • Quality Focused: We want to deliver our best for our customers and are looking for carpenters with good attention to detail who take pride in their work. • Professional: Your appearance, words, & actions need to be respectful, presentable, and thoughtful since you are coming into other people's homes. • Active: This position requires climbing a ladder, kneeling, bending, standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. • Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License and reasonably clean driving record for the past three years. Must be able to pass a drug test & DOT physical. • Provide your nail bag and small toolbox. What We Offer our Carpenter: • $18-$26+/hr. DOE.
