Found dog! Not rehoming looking for rightful owner!! Very friendly and loves car rides. Neutered male wearing a blue harness. No microchip but obviously belongs to someone. Found in Kingsport at the Renaissance center. Will be taken to Petworks Animal Shelter in Kingsport this afternoon.
