I don’t believe Griner should have been exchanged before Whelan! Griner thought she was slick and could sneak her vape cartridges back into Russia. She allowed her belief that she was somehow a privileged asset who would be given “a pass” if caught, to overcome her own common sense! She was a target the entire time she played basketball for a russian team! Her stupidity caused her arrest and she then realized she was fucked! Then she starts whining for help from the US! Other nations ARE NOT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS IN RUSSIA! I’m a legal user of herb. I’ve traveled all over the world and NEVER even thought about trying to conceal something considered illegal in another country! When you travel to another nation you are bound by THEIR laws and customs. Griner had an attitude that she could get away with it because she considered herself “above the law”! (Heard that anywhere recently?) So, maybe they’ll get Whelan out soon, before he dies. He was worth trading for Bout, Griner was not!
