Main Room: 2 weekly 8 monthly rehearsals $250 a month + 3 weekly 12 monthly rehearsals $375 a month 7 nights a week every week $875 Monthly Private Room: (There are double doors on every room. There are 4 doors between the control room and the main room.) $600 monthly + Both Rooms; $1,500 + New Heating Units The room is empty now. There is a control room, Main room, Kitchen, Toilette. The pictures of the room are old at this point. There are no other band rooms in the building. It is quiet, 24/7/365 access. New rugs on the way...
