Ring in the New Year with a healing Sound Bath! Realign, reset, refresh and restore your chakras and aura though guided meditation, reiki, chakra tuned Crystal Singing Bowls and more! We will gather in a sacred circle and lie back as we relax into the soothing and serenading sounds of High Vibes MKE’s sound bath. Using a variety of gongs and singing bowls participants will fall into an induced meditation, traveling through the inner parts of our subconscious. Sound Baths are an invitation to embark on an inward journey, re-connecting with our inner spirits and discovering new ways to heal our bodies and spirits. During the sound bath, Ericka will be sharing her gift of reiki healing to each participant individually. Imagine receiving a personalized healing session all while being immersed in sound healing bliss! Ericka will channel and tune into your own frequency and provide a healing session based on what your body and spirit needs the most. This is the same as receiving a private session from all two healers in one setting. Sound has a unique healing element to it as each musical note relates to a certain energy center within and around our bodies. As we sink into the meditation, our body’s energy centers are washed over by healing sounds, clearing the subconscious of energetic and emotional blockages, while nourishing each individual cell inside.
