Join us for this sound bath and yoga nidra special event. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls while being guided through a restful body scan meditation that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and more connected with your inner self. This beautiful practice will calm the nervous system and help the body to rest, heal, and restore balance. Format: (Total time 60 minutes) -opening: 5-10 minutes of introduction to Nidra and sound healing, opening grounding breathe work -50 minutes of crystal sound bowl healing accompanied by a guided meditation -closing: 5-10 minutes savasana -Optional tea/juice offered afterwards for some community time and transitioning off the mat Props: -yoga mat -optional bring your own blanket, pillow/bolster
