Join us on December 18th for a Beach Clean Up on Fort Myers Beach following Hurricane Ian! Proceeds to support Keep Lee County Beautiful and their continued efforts to make Lee County beautiful again. Participants must pre-register and will receive a Tunaskin Performance Event Shirt and clean up supplies will be provided. Please sign up early, the registration will close on December 14th to receive an event shirt. If we are not at capacity, you may sign up but a shirt is not guaranteed. We've partnered with Mid-Island Watersports, Keep Lee County Beautiful and Jimmy Finch Cultivating Hope with Charm. Mid-Island Watersports will be supplying multiple support staff and vehicles in the form of front end loaders and flat-bed trailers to make recovery of all the garbage and trash easier. Jimmy Finch Cultivating Hope with Charm will be serving food during and after the clean-up from Courtney's Coney Dogs. This year the event will be held at Santini Plaza (located at 7205 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931). All attendees must pre-register and there is a capacity of 300. If you have multiple people in your party we suggest to carpool. Parking is limited. Shirts must be picked up at the event and will not be shipped. Early Shirt Pickup for registered attendees will be available on Friday and Saturday, December 16th and 17th at the Tunaskin Fort Myers Beach Pop Up at 1300 Estero Blvd. or you can pick up the day of the clean up at Santini Plaza. TIMELINE: December 16th and 17th: Early Shirt Pickup at FMB Pop Up ( 1300 Estero Blvd.) from 9AM-5PM December 18th: 8AM - 9AM: Check-In & Pick Up Supplies at Santini Plaza (7205 Estero Blvd). Parking will be available in the plaza. Attendees will clean up in the South Fort Myers Beach area on the beach across from Sanitini Plaza. 11:30AM: Arrive back to Santini Plaza to Santini Plaza following your clean up. Courtney's Coney Dogs will be serving food to registered participantsPlease note that the event will be entirely outside so plan accordingly! Rubber gloves and clean-up supplies will be provided but feel free to bring your own gloves/bags/bucket/pickers if you would prefer.
