Wine tasting will include 5 wines as well as 5 traditional small dishes from the region. We will also include detailed descriptions of the wine making process, recepies on how to prepare them as well as the resoning behind the pairings and why they work well together. The 5 wines include: Etna Bianco (100% Carricante grape), Grillo, Etna Rosso (Blend of Nerello Mascalese & Nerello Cappuccino grapes), Nero D'Avola and finishing off with a dessert wine known as Passito.
