I am looking for someone to help me around my house with maintenance and upkeep. Small landscaping, fixing minor issues such as bathroom fixtures washer and dryer installations and shed in backyard installation. I am looking to grow my company. I am a project manager for residential renovations. I am currently taking courses to receive my home inspection license and pool and spas inspection license. I am in need of someone who can assist me. You must be able to climb latter's and enter into crawl spaces under houses. You must have tools and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of the Tampa area is a plus. I am looking for someone dependable and trustworthy, I need someone who acts in a professional manner at all times. This position is part time (as needed) to start as business picks up it will develop into fulltime.
