The goal is to get insight into how we can help and receive NARCAN should there be a lifesaving need. In the past five years, the Virginia health district has experienced over 200 overdose deaths. The totals and rates continue to climb along with the threat of new drugs introduced into the Rappahannock-Rapidan Health Department servicing community /area.
