FEATURES & BENEFITSCandlelight Yoga - This will settle and ground you for an enjoyable evening. You'll feel comfortable in your own body. You'll set an intention for your Sound Bath. Sound Bath - Shanti and her guest musicians will shower each person with sound healing. In your self-care moment you'll be relaxed, stress-free, and nurtured. You'll feel harmony and tranquility as you mindfully enjoy serenity and renewal. Musicians play various instruments - Your experience may include Native American flute, crystal pyramid, drumming, rain stick, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal sound bowls, Koshi chimes, sitar, tabla, didgeridoo, ocean drum, and gong. You will feel clarity with an open mind in your sacred space. Drum Circle - Being in the center of a Drum Circle you will experience an energetic crescendo that leaves you ready to take action in your life. Kirtan - is a gentle call-and-response that leaves your mind calm and clear. Mingle - You'll have the opportunity to say hello to the performers, new sound bath friends and a chance to know the services of various healers and practitioners. What to bring - Wear comfortable clothes, warm socks. Bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, water.
