Rehoming betta fish

I’m looking to rehome my betta fish of nine months because I do not have the time to care for him, plus he is sick and I haven’t been able to treat him. He began to show signs of fin rot after the aquarium heater came unplugged and left the betta in 68 degree water for a week. I tried treating with aquarium salt but the fin rot is progressing quickly. I’m looking for someone with experience keeping bettas to take him in, treat his fin rot and give him the attention he deserves. I no longer have the time to maintain a fish tank but I will not give him away to anyone who seems like they’d be a worse owner than me. Please provide a photo of your aquarium set up. Photos are of the fish before and after fin rot.
