Meditation and Baking? Yes, mindfulness can be incorporated in anything we do (or “off-the-cushion” engagement into the world, as we use baking as a practice).
Rev. Stacey will be leading a baking class once a month on Fridays, 4pm-5pm.
No baking experience required. All ages welcome. Ingredients (and suggested baking tools) sent out via email 5 days before class. Suggested book: How to Eat by Thich Nhat Hanh.
