Changu is an International Bikram Yoga Ambassador. He is from Toronto, Canada but has been traveling and teaching Bikram Yoga around the world for the past almost 8 years. So far he has taught in 31 countries and 130 schools. (Ash was 129th) “I didn't choose Bikram Yoga, Bikram Yoga chose me and I am honored to be doing what I'm doing.” says Changu. In 2014 Changu was awarded a full scholarship by Bikram to attend the world famous Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles. That scholarship changed his life. He believes Bikram Yoga is the best medicine, the best physical therapy, the best fitness regime, the best group therapy, the best social event, the best cardiovascular activity, the best muscle toning exercise, the best moving meditation that exists on the face of this planet. He teaches Bikram Yoga with a lot of energy and passion. His classes have electrifying Bikram energy that will refresh your understanding of this yoga. He absolutely loves Bikram Yoga 😁 Changu recently won gold in the Canadian Yoga National Championships of 2019. He gives full credit to Bikram Yoga for preparing him for that competition. He plans to continue traveling and taking Bikram Yoga to more and more places, to more and more people. He is really looking forward to be visiting us again.
