"Art is the only thing that can make us last forever." -Malik Alim Join Malik's family and community in celebrating his birthday as we uplift his legacy through art and performance. Malik Eternal is an annual event series marking the birthday of beloved comrade and community builder Malik Alim. It includes a sound gallery, a visual gallery, poetry, and music. This year, guests can enjoy tunes from DJ L O Kari with a special contribution by DJ Sadie Woods, as well as performances by Emon Lauren and Najee Zaid. Light food and refreshments will be served. Admission is a suggested donation of $15-25, with all proceeds supporting the Seeds of Life Fund - a resource created by and for the mothers of Malik’s children exclusively for the lifelong sustenance of his living legacy: Jari and Orí.
