Running to cadence is a fun free way to get a workout while making friends and building strength.
Muster at the Rabb Pavilion in Old Settlers park every Wednesday@ 0630 for morning stretches and calisthenics before we set off for a 1.5 mile run.
Be prepared to sound off as we call out all the classics. Calling cadence is a great way to build core and diaphragm strength all the while not being bored while running.
So bring your reflective belt, P/T gear and a motivated attitude.
