Join us for yet another Posture and Alignment workshop on Saturday, Jan 7th @ 1:30pm at our YogaSix West Des Moines! We will have instructors in the studio to break down common postures, offer modifications, and show how to use your props in class. There will be plenty of time for students to ask questions and find proper alignment within their own bodies. Cost is $15.
