Join us for a culinary experience on New Year's Eve with guest Master Chefs, David Baruthio and Marc Navailles! We will have Early Bird (5pm or 5:30pm) and Main Dinner (6pm, 7pm or 8pm) seatings available, each including a Prix Fixe, Multi-Course chef curated NYE Dinner. When checking out, please carefully select your desired dinner and time! For our Early Bird seatings, you may choose between a Three-Course Dinner ($100/person) or a Six-Course Dinner ($195/person). He studied under Michelin starred Master Chef Hubert Maetz. He has consulted, opened and managed restaurants and hotels in a number of different countries including the UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Nepal, Beverly Hills, and most recently Mongolia before arriving in Windsor Heights to open Baru 66.He has enjoyed the opportunity to cook for a wide range of people including royalty, celebrities, and world leaders as well as good friends and family. He was born in South West France and grew up in the Basque country between France and Spain before immigrating to the US in 1977 where he began working at L’Ermitage and L’Escargot in California.He then went on to work in renowned French restaurants in Scottsdale, New York, & Miami, before continuing his culinary journey to own and operate restaurants in Venezuela, Brazil, Spain, and France.
