Kick the weekend off right with us at Illie & Co Boutique for a 45-minute F45 Demo workout. The workout will be bodyweight only, designed to mimic the format and feel of a real F45 class. Attendees will receive the chance to win prizes from us and our neighbors in a raffle. Afterwards, we'll head across the parking lot for a sneak peek of our new studio. Then stick around to do some holiday shopping! Bring a water bottle, workout mat*, and your friends! *Let us know in advance if you need to borrow a mat. We have a few spares.
