I have a 7 year old springer spaniel that I unfortunately need to re-home. She is very smart, great with all animals and children. The only negative quality that she has is she gets really weird around human food. I rescued her from my brother the beginning of this year. Unfortunately, my brother who is an addict did not feed her correctly and kept her locked in a kennel most of the day. She is very well behaved besides her lack of self control when it comes to human food or garbage. She has come such a long way. We love her very much. I unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer and have to have a very extensive surgery this month that will leave me on bed rest for weeks. I just need to find someone who will love her and be patient with her and continue to work with her.
