You wont want to miss our last AIA Chapter Meeting of 2022! UTC Interior Architecture and Design senior students have worked on parts of the Ridgedale Mill project for their adaptive reuse capstone project this academic year. Three students will present: the project scope of the residential and commercial building, research and programming that inform their schematic design, identified design issues informed by the research findings, and developed design goals and strategies. The students will continue to work on the design development and construction documentation in the spring to complete the project.
